Summoning 0 / 0 models from polyfork.dev…

Software development lifecycle platform

Every stage of the lifecycle, conjured.

Merlin carries work from idea to production and keeps watch afterwards. This is that loop as a world you can orbit: eight stations, twenty-odd parametric models, all streamed live from Polyfork.

    Why Polyfork

    A model is a program, so pipeline state is a knob.

    State drives the scene

    Every status beacon above is the same Polyfork Waypoint Beacon, rebuilt with accent: 'amber' while a stage runs and 'green' or 'red' when it settles. The deploy rack swings its rigged door, the release rocket lifts off, and the review sigil swaps its glyph.

    No pipeline for the art

    Nothing here was exported, baked or uploaded. Each model is an ES module imported at runtime from polyfork.dev/cdn. The page is plain HTML: no bundler, no loader, no textures to wire up.

    Night comes free

    Models ship a night map naming the colour zones that light after dark. Night watch reads those maps, so the forge, the crystals, Merlin's spell-wisp and every rack LED glow without hand-placed emissives.

    import { createAsset } from 'https://polyfork.dev/cdn/waypoint-beacon-23ba00.mjs';

    // one beacon per lifecycle stage, re-cast whenever its status changes
    const beacon = createAsset({ theme: 'dark', accent: status === 'passed' ? 'green' : 'amber' });
    station.add(beacon);
